WALTER BEAR
Founder and Principal
Strong of a trilingual multidisciplinary education in psychology, kinesiology, performing arts and method-acting.
Walter once dreamed of running his own human capital firm and first began designing techniques of combinating psychology, theater and kinesiology from a young age. He developed a passion for training and development and began taking on clients while still in college.
Fun fact: He’s a dog person.
TREVOR SINCLAIR
Web-designer and VP Account
Trevor joined our team in 2004 as web developer and VP account.
Fu fact: Trevor's dream job used to be of becoming an actor.
LUMINITA PIRLEA
Senior Consultant
With a multidisciplinary and multilingual education background, Luminita travelled all over the world and worked in France and in Romania before settling down in Brussels. She is fluent in Romanian, English, and French.
Otherwise known in the office as the networker, her creativity and genuine interpersonal skills have been key to building our large local client base.
Fun fact: Luminita is a real bookworm.
KELLY CELESTE VOSSEN
PR and Public Communication Intern
Graduated with a bilingual Master in Political Communication and Lobbying, Kelly Celeste Vossen is the newest addition to our team.
She is also an assistant lecturer at the ULB and a published scientific author. Her areas of expertise are digital storytelling, image-based communication, content creation, public speaking and body & mind trainings.
Fun fact: She is an environmentalist.

Since 2014, we are offering "from burnout to workout" trainings. These trainings use movement as a burnout prevention. Our trainings focus on self awareness and take inspiration in psychology, kinesiology and martial arts.
